Title: Girls events around the state

Below is a list of events I am running that will have specific girls divisions...other coaches are welcome to add their events to the thread as well.

Anyone who wants to send their girls to participate in these three events, please email me at jtrenner@live.com.  For any others added to the thread, please follow the directions left by the posters.

With the new split-squad rule, it's permissible to send the boys to one event and the girls to another on the same day up to three times a year (provided you let the NCHSAA know your plans).

Mods, please leave this on the main page and pin to the top since it is a topic of general wrestling interest and we want to raise as much awareness as possible for girls' wrestling in the state.

Another event has added a girls division:

Edited my original post to correct that Mallard Creek’s girls portion will be Saturday only. Sorry for the error!

Rock Hill is also having a girls division at the Bearcat Invitational on January 3rd and 4th.  Contact Cain Beard at tbeard@rhmail.org if you are interested.

The Carolina JV Showcase at Lake Norman on Jan. 18th will have a girls division as well.
