Coach Andy Hawks passed away this evening around 6:45 pm. Funeral arrangements are being made at this time.

Sad to hear this. I coached against Andy when I was at Western Alamance for two years. You better know how to get out of a cradle when wrestling his teams. His wrestlers were always tough, hard nosed just like Andy. Great mentor for the athletes he coached.

Visitation will be Saturday from 12-2pm at McClure Funeral Home in Graham, NC. Service will be at 2pm followed by the graveside service.
