R-S Central is again hosting our Ironman tournament. It is a good way to get a lot of wrestling in one day. It will also help prepare you for freestyle and Greco state while getting to wrestle folkstyle too which is what many may prefer. We give medals to the top three in each style and a trophy to the overall Ironman/woman in each weight class and age group. April 11 is this year's date. In the past we have had wrestlers from VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, WV, and even NJ. You will need your full USA Wrestling card and to register online through trackwrestling.com
We have had multiple state champs, qualifiers, and placers every year. Come and compete!
