Title: What would prevent something like the Holy Angeles Tournament from being held?
Post by: Longdayrunner on October 13, 2020, 12:38:20 PM
Are we only talking about switching tournament sponsors and moving to a tournament with unattached wrestlers?  Or does this still fall under Gov. Cooper's indoor limits?

Other states are having large events with very little restrictions.

Would violate the current executive order from the Governor, and high school coaches would not be able to participate.

It is what I thought.  But an unattached tournament would not require the HS Coach to be present.

So if the Governor keeps the same mandate, with basketball games starting 1/4/2021, other than the team personnel, officials and required school personnel there doesn't seem to be any room for the fans.
