Excerpts from the article specific to Wrestling:
Wrestling
The first day of practice is this Friday, Nov. 20. Opening matches begin Dec. 3. Coaches must wear face coverings on the bus, entering the facility, during the contest and departing the venue. There should be no pre-nor post-match handshakes be it with a wrestler or coach.
The bench should observe 6-feet of social distancing as well as the spectators separated in blocks by family/wrestler. All wrestlers must sanitize their hands before and after warm-ups, at all timeouts, at period breaks and anytime they leave the playing competition or practice mat. When not actively wrestling or warming up, wrestlers must wear masks.
It is recommended, but not required, that officials wear masks while on the mats.
