Just wanted to extend my heartfelt condolences to the Jeff Peal family. Jeff was one of the good ones. He was a wrestling coach at North Wilkes High School, went on to earn his doctorate and pursued an Administrative position. After retirement, he started a Christian school in Alexander County. He leaves behind a wife and three children. Thoughts and prayers to all.
My understanding is Jason Bowlin, coach at North Wilkes, is in ICU recovering from his injuries. Our prayers to him and his family as well.
We never know when the final whistle will blow. We need to do all we can to be prepared.
