In case you haven't seen it, attached is the NFHS 2022-2023 Wrestling Rules Changes PowerPoint. As always, there are several rules changes than conflict with the rule/case books and the powerpoint. As of today, the NCHSAA has not put out in print any interpretation(s) that differs from 2022-2023 Rule or Case Book. I understand there are several NCHSAA interpretations that will differ from the rule and case for this year.
