Title: NC High School Wrestling Rules

I am just curious. Can a NC high school student who attends a public school compete in the State Wrestling Tournament as unattached? Does he or she need to be on the high school team to compete in the state tournament?

Have to qualify via regional tournament. Which would require them to be on a highschool roster with all their season records submitted via trackwrestling. So the answer would be no.
