Title: FS Workouts at Cannon School

Hall-of-Famer and Tiblisi Runner-up Darryl Burley and Cannon School Coach Solomon Fleckman are running freestyle workouts at Cannon School Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:45 pm (see attached flyer for detailed dates).

There is absolutely no cost! All you need is workout gear, a water bottle and a valid USAW or AAU card. Gutwrenches, ankle laces, back arches and arm spins will be in abundance every workout!
