Knights Wrestling Clinic 2018-2019
Who: Any Middle or High School Student of all experience levels
When: Saturday October 20, 2018. 9-4
Where: Chatham Charter Gym
What to wear: Gym clothes (Water bottle, T-shirts, shorts no pockets, socks, and wrestling shoes if you have them)
Cost for Clinic: $20.00 limited to the first 50 wresters
Registration: Email attached from to Bob Steele, steele.bandit6@gmail.com to confirm you seat then you can Pay at door on the day of the event.
Clinic Schedule
9-9:30 Check-in, Grouped by experience levels
New wrestling Parent information meeting
9:30-12 Practice 1, Bob Guzzo from NC State
12-12:30 Lunch
Bring a bag lunch or money for pizza and a drink order at check –in
Food and drinks will be available for purchase
12:30-3 Practice 2 CREW (Cary Raleigh Elite Wrestling )
Training Staff
3-4 King of the Mat and /or fun wrestling match
Parents welcome to watch the match
