Should NCHSAA hand out an award to the most dominant wrestler each year like they do at the NCAA tournament with the Hodge trophy? Why or why not?

Things to help drum up attention for the sport. Maybe and upper and a lower weight award. And maybe even some fan voted award(s) to have some interaction.
