With so many National Tournaments these days how does this one stack up? It seemed to be a big deal to win it at one time. Does many from NC ever attend this one?

TOC was tougher this year than last year, but still not as tough as it has been with the availability of more tournaments that say "National" on them. Don't get me wrong still super tough and kids deserve credit but this tournament has lost some of its shine. Tulsa nationals for the little kids is still a major one. But you have tournaments like AAU spring nationals that didn't even have 8 kids per weight class so you get AA status by showing up or winning one match. VA beach had maybe 1 if that nationally ranked kid per weight class. I've still got a trophy at my parents house that says i'm a world champion from the "Terminator World Championships" we went to summer before my senior year.  Huge trophy, but my bracket had 3 kids in it including myself and 1 of them was my teammate.
