This is a contract for participation in the Franklinton High Rampage Duals.
I, ___________________ head coach for ____________________ high school’s wrestling team hereby enter into contract with Franklinton High School for participation in the December 8th, 2018 Rampage Duals. We enter into this binding contract and agree to pay the entry fee of $150.00 payable to Franklinton High School by November 1, 2018. For any reason our school is unable to attend after submitting the contract and payment the $150.00 entry fee is non-refundable and if my school decides not to participate after this contract has been received, we understand that our school is still obligated to pay the $150.00 entry fee.
