Open Dates and Scheduling / Oak Hill (VA) Looking for small teams to travel here
« Last post by dwymer on September 29, 2025, 11:41:51 AM »Oak Hill Academy (VA) is looking for small teams for a pair of jamboree dual meets, where we'll invite multiple small teams, break them up appropriately to create two makeshift squads so that we can make more matches, create an exciting dual meet environment and to greatly reduce the occurrence of forfeits which does not sell our sport very well of course. There will be spotlight wrestling and music.
The first jamboree will be on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 and the second will be on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026. Both boys and girls are welcome. We just want to give as many small teams as possible a proper dual meet feel. Weigh-ins at 5pm with a 6pm start time. Please email Coach Wymer at dwymer@oak-hill.net if interested.

We have a great hospitality room. If interested we could use 2/3 more teams. Boys only no girls division.

All teams will get a minimum of 5 matches, and the top 3 teams will get trophies. Open Dates and Scheduling / Falcon Duals- Nov 22nd (Forbush)

It is located in East Bend, 20 minutes west of Winston Salem. It will be an 8 team tournament with everyone getting 5 matches. Let me know if you're interested.
